I work for the MB Digital Business Development team that eventually merged into Management Consulting. DBD was born from the buying of the startup Croove by Mercedes and the need of the financial organisation to establish a digital business development unit to work like an agency for internal clients of the Daimler Group.

Led several projects including: New Brand for MB Accessories, Diary Study and research for MB Mobility

Facilitated several workshops and designed many MVPs and proof of concepts.

Developed internal Brand, Values and WoW for Digital Business Development team.

Managed one direct report.

Contributions

As a digital consultant at Daimler and Mercedes-Benz, I supported teams and departments in their digital transformation journey by introducing agile and customer-centric practices, creating new services and products, and funding digital ventures. My focus was on co-creating impactful solutions with clients to drive a user-centered organization, resulting in a self-sustaining agile culture. My responsibilities included facilitating early project exploration and defining opportunities, building minimum viable products and pilots, and contributing to the internal branding and development of DBD tools and methods.

AMG: Designing for the 1%

Innovation happens at all levels and no brand and product is safe from disruption. One of the most interesting experiences I had in Mercedes was to collaborate with AMG Cars, MB's performance branch. We worked on how to quickly test new ideas and business models and launched a pilot project with them.

New brand for Digital Business Development Team

To launch the digital business development team we produced a video with the help of copywriter Danny Wünsch and designer Henning Soppe. This powerful video helped advertising our consulting services inside of the company and let our values speak for us.
The management consulting team works closely with the senior leadership of Mercedes-Benz and Daimler to develop long-term strategic plans. This involves analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities, as well as assessing the company's current position and capabilities.
